Role Purpose As Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, expand our market presence, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients—focusing on modern trade channels, HoReCa businesses, and premium FMCG distributors.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain relationships with modern trade, HoReCa, and FMCG distributor partners Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market reach Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine strategies Monitor and ensure timely recovery of receivables Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns Prepare and present regular sales reports to the CEO/Director

Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience: Proven relationships with local modern trade and HoReCa businesses

Skills & Traits: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical mindset and ability to act on market insights. Proactive, result-oriented, and self-driven

Age Range: 30-35 years
