Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing Traders and a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience telecom, FMCG, real estate and Solar industry
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
