Aventus Cooperation is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at the Lahore office (Fresh Graduates will be preffered). As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Identification & Research: Identify and research potential business clients within the target market to build a strong pipeline of leads.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
• Solution Selling: Effectively present and sell IT hardware and software solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technological innovations to enhance sales efforts and provide value to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience:
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in the IT industry).
• Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and the IT sector are also encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and understanding of client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and software sales is a plus.
