Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships with clients (retailers, dealers, builders, contractors).
- Promote and sell company products (e.g., tiles, sanitary ware, ceramics) to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Follow up on payments, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
- Collect competitor information and market feedback to help improve the companys products and strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting using CRM tools or company formats.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in ceramics, construction materials, or FMCG.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.
