Job Description: SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) Report Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) Report Developer to design, develop, and optimize reports, with a focus on HR data analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in BO WebI tools, report development, and data analysis, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize BO WebI reports, preferably for HR systems (experience in other modules is also acceptable).
  • Utilize report filters, variables, and functions to create dynamic and efficient reports.
  • Analyze HR data, generate reports, metrics, and dashboards, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and maintain data security and confidentiality within the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in BO WebI report development, preferably in HR systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of report filters, variables, functions, and data visualization best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex HR data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Compliance & Security: Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and HR data security standards.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and database querying.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs215,000.00 per month
