Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 1+ years of experience who has a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, with additional knowledge of GCP and Azure being a plus. The ideal candidate should have expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and a solid understanding of networking, databases, and Linux environments.Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on AWS (GCP/Azure is a plus).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and configuration management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement security best practices.
• Optimize cloud resources and improve cost efficiency of deployed environments.
• Manage network configurations including VPCs, security groups, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Administer and optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL) in cloud environments.
• Work with different Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, etc.) for system administration and automation.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and deployment of applications.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK Stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in cloud specifically AWS. GCP and Azure knowledge preferable.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VPNs, and Security best practices.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Strong experience in Linux system administration across different distributions (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS, etc.).
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of Python, Bash, or Shell scripting for automation.
• Understanding of IAM best policies, security services, and compliance best practices (SOC2, PCI DSS, CIS)
