Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and energetic Senior Level Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing effort, customer acquisition and product growth efforts. This role combines marketing, sales, customer retention and satisfaction, vigorously pursuing the growth for a startup environment. Selected candidate will be responsible for driving awareness, generating leads, converting prospects, client retention and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Strategize and execute marketing and sales campaigns to attract dental practices and get them onboard with our state of the art digital dental solutions.

Sales and Customer Acquisition

  • Conduct outbound sales efforts by reaching out to dental professionals, explaining the value of First Stop Dental, and leading demos.
  • Convert free-tier users into paid subscribers by showcasing premium features and demonstrating ROI (custom domains, advanced SEO and marketing).
  • Develop strategic partnerships with dental associations, industry influencers, and educational institutions to generate referrals.

Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Develop digital content and manage social media marketing to promote success stories and increase brand awareness.
  • Optimize the website for SEO, ensuring that First Stop Dental and subscribing dental practices to rank highly on search engines.
  • Track and analyze key marketing indicators (traffic, conversion rates etc) to continuously improve campaigns.

Customer Support and Success

  • Provide onboarding support to new clients, ensuring they can set up and optimize their websites with ease.
  • Handle ongoing customer inquiries and proactively offer tips for better utilization of the platform, helping clinics grow their digital presence.
  • Maintain a high customer retention and satisfaction by addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to upgrade services.

Product Development and Feedback Loop

  • Collaborate with the product team to analyze user feedback and suggest product improvements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive offerings that can shape our future product roadmaps.
  • Help introduce new features and services that meet customer needs and drive adoption.

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent Masters Degree in Marketing.
  • Marketing Graduates with extensive Experience on Healthcare/Medical/Dental Systems can also can be considered.

Experience and Skills

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar growth role (preferably in SaaS or a digital marketing environment).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially with small businesses or healthcare professionals, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and customer feedback.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.

Salary and Benefits
