Senior Technical Recruiter

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Codeforce, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for software developers. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific requirements and match them with the best candidates from our talent pool. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting technical professionals and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to making offers and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and ensure a successful match with qualified candidates.
  • Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions for software developer positions across various job platforms.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on recruiting software developers or IT professionals.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly within software development (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience in working with US-based clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience using technical assessment tools for screening candidates.
