SEO Executive

Aspen Group a US based company is looking to establish several ventures in south & central Asian region to drive the digitalization in B2B market. Initially we are looking to establish organizational structure in Pakistan with name of Cbeyond Private Limited to drive the platform development, product development, marketing, and other supporting organization structure.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive to join our team and lead our efforts to improve our websites organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of search engine optimization techniques, trends, and best practices, with a proven track record of successfully implementing SEO strategies and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate regular SEO performance reports, including keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the website remains optimized for search engines.
• Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations and improvements.
• Manage and optimize local SEO strategies, including local business listings and citations.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve SEO strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of 3+ years in SEO with demonstrable success in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with e-commerce SEO is a plus.
• Certifications in SEO or related fields are desirable.
