Responsibilities:
  • Understanding requirements, analysing and planning for testing
  • Build or update system test cases that effectively test the implementation to ensure alignment with business need (and not just the requirement) as per Informaticas standards
  • Maintain the RTM by ensuring the test cases are structured properly
  • Ensure high level of functional coverage
  • Identify and provide the test cases for automation
  • Execute test automation scripts and identify gaps if any
  • Identify defects and ensure that they are tracked to closure
  • Provide timely status updates and communicate risks effectively
  • Minimum of 3 years in the CRM domain and 2 years testing Salesforce solutions
  • Execute planned test cases as well as ad hoc testing to verify functional completeness of the implementation
  • Understand usability needs and best practices and test implementation accordingly
