About Us:Element X Marketing is a leading marketing agency based in Canada, ON, with an office in Phase 4 Lahore. We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Content Marketing and Administrative Expert to enhance our social media presence while managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Write and manage content for our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), engage with followers, and monitor platform analytics.
- Community Engagement: Comment and reply on posts, post in Facebook groups, post ads and promote client services.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling posts, stories, and updates that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties including sending emails, preparing estimates, onboarding new hires, and maintaining organized files and documents.
- CRM Management: Input new client information, track interactions, and maintain updated records in our CRM system.
- Vendor and Client Communication: Call and coordinate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and support needs.
- Reports and Documentation: Create and manage Excel sheets to organize information and generate reports on social media performance and administrative metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and content creation.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Strong administrative skills including email management, document organization, and CRM use.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (a proficiency test will be conducted).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
