Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our education software, engaging with our audience (parents, students, and institutions), and driving brand awareness through strategic content and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our education software to target audiences.
• Interact with followers, respond to queries, and foster community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (likes, shares, traffic, conversion, etc.) to improve future campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and video teams for visual content, reels, and stories.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and social media innovations.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social content with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
• Manage paid promotions and sponsored content when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of audience behaviour on different platforms.
• Creative thinking with an eye for visual detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
