JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and motivated female Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Manage multiple social media accounts, monitor audience engagement, and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns while tracking ROI.
• Engage with influencers and build partnerships to increase brand awareness.
• Regularly manage and optimize client social media accounts to enhance online presence.
• Perform community management for client accounts, ensuring audience engagement and interaction.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including text, images, and videos.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for client accounts.
• Create and optimize website and blog content for improved engagement.
• Edit AI-generated content to enhance readability and engagement.
• Interact from client accounts to foster organic growth and audience engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role within a digital marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and content trends.
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
