Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our companys social media presence. This role involves managing day-to-day social media activities, developing content strategies, engaging with the community, and driving audience growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, up-to-date on trends, and experienced in growing brand awareness online

.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social media
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize strategy
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, trends, and technologies
  • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus)
  • Excellent understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Ability to manage crisis communication on social media
  • Video editing or basic graphic design skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
