Social Media Marketing Expert

Were on the lookout for a Social Media Marketing Expert who lives and breathes digital trends and knows how to turn scrolls into sales. In this role, youll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions.

This position is perfect for someone who is both creative and analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to craft a killer caption just as well as they know how to analyze engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative and data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage the daily posting schedule and content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence and messaging
• Create, curate, and oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content (in collaboration with design/content teams)
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry-related news to adapt strategies accordingly
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner
• Run paid social media campaigns, including strategy, targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Track KPIs and report on content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others
• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to increase reach and credibility
• Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and new features to ensure ongoing relevance and growth
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative campaign ideas and brand storytelling

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, content creation, and community management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar scheduling/analytics platforms
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing is a plus
• Knowledge of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
