Storyboard Artist

Responsibilities:

• Create storyboards for various projects, including animations, explainer videos, advertisements and more.
• Work closely with team members to understand project requirements and provide visual solutions.
• Break down scripts, translating them into visual scenes, shots and sequences that are easy to follow.
• Develop and refine characters, environments and props as part of the visual narrative.
• Provide detailed compositions, including camera angles, character positioning and action flows.
• Ensure storyboards are clear, organized and well-detailed for animators and other departments.
• Maintain consistency in style, tone and visual direction throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a storyboard artist, preferably in animation or explainer videos.
• Should have a bachelors degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent storyboarding skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in storyboarding software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Storyboard Pro, Adobe Animate or similar tools).
• Understanding of cinematic techniques, composition and visual storytelling.
• Ability to communicate effectively with creative teams and incorporate feedback.
