Job Overview:We are hiring a Surveillance Officer to monitor live security footage from retail stores based in the USA. The role involves identifying suspicious activities, detecting potential theft or policy violations, and preparing accurate incident reports. Previous back-office experience will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live surveillance feeds from multiple U.S.-based retail locations
• Identify and report theft, fraud, or any unusual activity
• Document incidents with detailed and timely reports
• Ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems and report any issues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in surveillance, security monitoring, or retail loss prevention
• Back office or administrative support experience is an advantage
• Excellent observation and report-writing skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
