Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support HR Team. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth Recruitment Cycle along with HR operations and delivering an excellent onboarding experience to new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, website, emails, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial call screenings and schedule interviews for further proceedings.
• Coordinate with other department mangers to proceed with the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records along with their feedbacks.
• Manage on boarding of new inductees, their documentation and enrolment.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Manage and lead the recruitment cycle and prepare reports to make sure the visibility of the available position along with their stats & status.
• Work closely with different departments mangers to gather onboarding requirements and facilitate employee integration with their respective teams.
• Coordinate & manage HR documentation such as requisitions, employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding checklists.
• Assist in Conducting employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist in conducting feedback surveys for the new hires to evaluate their onboarding journey.
• Handle basic employee queries and provide support related to HR policies, processes, and systems.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• People Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to learn about HR processes and practices.
• Candidates with at least 1-2 years of similar experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
