We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead with over 10 years of experience. This hybrid role requires a hands-on leader who can drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for setting development best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, and play a key role in aligning technical solutions with business goals. This role involves approximately 75% hands-on coding, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both leadership and development.

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development experience using JavaScript on the Server Side with Node.js and associated frameworks.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Review the code written by the team and ensure PRs are.
- Define the best practices required for the project,
- Collaborate with client cross-functional teams, including DevOps, architects, and stakeholders. And align development practices
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and technical standards.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for streamlined deployment processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- This role involves 75% of coding activity.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in full stack development with NodeJS and ReactJS.
- Strong proficiency of front-end technologies & back end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in deploying application in cloud (Networking, Security, App services).
- Proficient in using the cloud services (Database, Compute).
- Proven experience with SQL and relational database design.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes etc) and cloud deployment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge on usage of GenAI tools (Co-Pilot, Tab Nine, Claude) is an added advantage.
