Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and software engineering roles.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to find top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT/Software.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and job roles.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools Preffered.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
