Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer inquiries related to hardware, software, and network systems. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, and network issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Engineering, Customer Service) to resolve complex issues.
  • Educate users on best practices for using technology and prevent future issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new software, and hardware solutions.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.

Work Environment:

  • May require shift work, including evenings or weekends.
  • Hybrid or remote work options may be available.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
