Key Responsibilities:

• Create Product User Guides: Develop comprehensive user manuals and guides for Glosix Systems products, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for users.
• Product Features Documentation: Write detailed documentation on product features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
• Technical Writing: Produce technical content including web content, articles, blogs, and guest posts. Experience with infographics and script writing is advantageous.
• SEO-Optimized Content: Implement SEO best practices in content creation to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals to promote Glosix Systems products effectively.
• Content Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve user engagement.
• Creative Content Generation: Generate compelling content for landing pages, social media posts, branding materials, and presentations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

Key Abilities:

• Strong Spoken English, Copywriting, Proofreading & Editing Skills
• Ability to write clear marketing copy to promote products/services
• Experience in technical writing, with proficiency in creating user guides and product documentation
• Hands-on experience in SEO copywriting practices
• Design skills to create advertisements, social media posts, slogans, and taglines

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field (Preferred).
• 2 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably within the IT industry.
• Proficiency in English (Required).
• Ability to commute to Lahore or relocate if not currently residing in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides and manuals for Glosix Systems products.
• Write and edit technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and updates.
• Create SEO-optimized content for web pages, blogs, articles, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content marketing.
