Tele Recovery Executive

• Collection from credit customers.

• Collection target monitoring- invoice to invoice.

• Credit /Debit Note preparation with the support of area accounts and ensure posting on the system.

• Full fil Customer requirement in terms of billing queries.

• Timely submission of invoices.

• Keep follow-up and ensure 100% collection of 0-30 days buckets, avoid 31 & Above piling of buckets.

• Collection of WHT challan /CPR within the timeline.

• Timely submission of the collected cheque.

• Preparation of collection statement through Collection Portal- CRMS.

• Record keeping of all deposits.

• Management of cash collection if any

• Daily Calls to customers for collection of cheques and payments follow-ups

• Highlight write-off /non-recoverable cases to sales / arrange sales visits.

• Highlight late-payer customers to get support from sales.

Job Requirements:

Graduation

Fresh to 1 Year
