Tele Sales Agent (Female Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from provided lead lists or databases.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs/courses.
  • Explain course features, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly conversion and call targets.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and customer responses.
  • Assist in improving sales scripts and call strategies based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2 years in telesales, customer service, or education sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
  • Basic understanding of educational services or the ed-tech sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.

Location: Lahore CanttSalary: PKR 37,000/month

Pay: Rs37,000.00 per month
