Telesales Representative

isSports Pavilion Rawalpindi are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers over the phone and persuade them to purchase our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:-Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list, as well as handle inbound calls.-Present and explain the features and benefits of our Membership.-Handle customer objections and concerns professionally to encourage sales.-Use sales scripts and product knowledge to effectively convey the value of our offerings.-Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:-Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related sales role.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.-Persistence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.-Confidence and enthusiasm to engage customers over the phone.-Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
