Territory Sales Manager (B2B and Industrial Sales)

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree required
  • Experience: 3-4 years in a sales role
  • Core Skills:
  • Excellent customer relationship and service management
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities
  • Ability to assess market dynamics and competitor behavior
  • Clear communication and efficient reporting skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by promptly addressing their concerns and providing solutions
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets by promoting products and services within the assigned region
  • Track customer purchasing patterns, market developments, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations of ATC offerings at client locations
  • Ensure timely collection of all payments from accounts in the territory
  • Submit daily call logs, weekly/monthly business reports, and key project updates to the Sales Manager
  • Explore and develop new client accounts and sales opportunities
  • Follow all relevant company policies and operational guidelines for the role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
