UX Designer

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years of experience in UX design.

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors and pain points of target users.
• Design and maintain the products information architecture, including site maps, navigation structures, and content organization to ensure ease of use and findability.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, interactions, and user flows using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to develop the products visual design, including color schemes, typography, icons, and other visual elements.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align project goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Promote and advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Define and design user interactions, including button behaviors, transitions, animations, and micro-interactions, to elevate the overall user experience.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to gather actionable user feedback and iterate on design improvements to optimize the experience.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Human Centered Design, Interaction Design or Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, user-centered design, and best practices in UX design.
• Excellent communication skills.
