Warehouse Manager

Responsibility:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, receiving & dispatch, space management, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Supervise, coach and, train warehouse workforce as per business needs
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the warehouse
• Supervise cycle count and maintain inventory records
• Improve efficiency and accuracy of pickers & packers to enhance order fill ratio
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints regarding stocks and delivery
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Meet regularly with warehouse supervisors to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Communicating with drivers and logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages and receiving of goods in warehouse
• Any special task assigned by higher management
• Involve in analyzing data, implementing new systems or technologies, and training employees on updated procedures.
• They identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Experience Required :

08 - 10 years relevant experience in warehousing & Logistics

Microsoft office, AX Dynamics D365
