About this opportunity

We are looking for a new team member with a strong understanding of Ericsson’s Ethics & Compliance Program to support MMEA Compliance Office in implementing, assessing and monitoring the program execution at MA level.
Compliance Office has the group responsibility for two compliance areas: Anti-corruption (compliance with corruption and bribery law) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

What You Will Do
Lead in developing a culture of compliance, setting an example for transparency, and promoting an environment, where speaking up in a professional manner is encouraged.
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the Third-Party Management Due Diligence (TPM DD) process at MA level to ensure an effective implementation of the process and a timely execution and monitoring of due diligence activities, to train relevant functions involved in the TPM process as well as the third parties completing it, and to maintain documentation of compliant, timely and practical advice. Update the MA BPRB on a quarterly basis on TPM status self-testing results ( i.e Plausibility Checks, EDRs, Risk Radar )
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the Conflict of Interest (CoI) process at MA level, leading the assessment activities for material (external) potential conflicts of interest, the management of the cleared disclosures, providing advice to People Function on handling internal conflicts of interest, in addition to close collaboration with Group Compliance on relevant steering documents and instructions.
Alongside colleagues from the headquarters, support the MACOs in performing compliance risk assessments, reviews and monitoring related to MA Risk Assessments .
Manage local projects, programs, and initiatives at MA level in relation with E&C Program and represent MMEA Compliance Office in similar activities at Group level.
Provide regular updates to management teams, the compliance organization and others as needed regarding implementation of the compliance program, including relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in areas of responsibility.
Ensure the publication of compliance-related Group steering documents and localize in alignment with Group where needed and jointly with MA M&C to ensure good maintenance of the MA E&C program SharePoint
Maintain a sound understanding of the local business activities and applicable laws and regulations.
Supplement group trainings to ensure local requirements addressed; conduct compliance trainings and ensure appropriate monitoring of compliance training and awareness programs.
Draft compliance-related reports as required by the Compliance Office and the MA Head Compliance.

You Will Bring
Master of Law, Business, Accounting or other university degree suitable for compliance
Minimum 7 years of professional working experience.
Working experience in compliance area addressing anti-bribery and corruption compliance topics, especially in relation with third-party management and conflicts of interest.
Working experience in Management consulting is a plus
Experience in antitrust/competition law, data privacy, AML or trade compliance is a plus
High level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson values of respect, professionalism, and perseverance; must be empathetic and willing to listen
International experience and cultural awareness
Good business knowledge/understanding
Good networking ability and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic ways of working
Timely execution without impacting the quality
Good understanding of Ericsson Tools and Digital world
Willingness to travel up to 30%
