Agile Managex Technologies is part of SV Group of Companies which has been working in the domain of comprehensive IT Services, Software Development & Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for almost a decade seeking to #recruit Lead Generation Executive to generating leads and developing new business opportunities. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining lead generation strategies to keep the companys core values of integrity, honesty, respect, accountability, transparency and excellence in all aspects of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Specialist responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Generating new leads for regular sales cycles and to increase brand awareness
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
- Maintaining oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
- Social Media Platforms Handling
- Providing support on marketing initiatives.
- Working closely with sales managers/Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
- Driving our lead generation campaigns
- Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs
- Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers
- Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth
- Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources
- Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3+years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation
- Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
