Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic-minded Proposals, Contracts and Pricing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managing a team and overseeing the services proposals, managing pricing strategies, and optimizing operational processes related to billing and Services SKU and catalog management.
What you’ll do as the Senior Manager Proposals, Contracts and Pricing Operations:

• This involves Proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) review, approvals and in some cases creations.
• A Contracts Manager ensures that contracts are drafted, reviewed, and executed efficiently and accurately.
• Managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and developing pricing strategies for services.
• All SKU Management typically falls under Services.
• This involves overseeing the catalog and rate card of service products and ensuring that the right services are available as part of the services offering catalog.

What you will bring to the team:

• Review and approve proposals and of Statement of Work (SOW) process, including initial draft documentation, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing Statements of Work (SOWs) and other contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for products or services, considering market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and Sales to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Oversee billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of SOWs and reconciliation of accounts monthly billing statements against SOWs.
• Manage SKU (Service Catalog), optimizing standard service offerings to meet service demand. Manage a catalog of service offering by Business Unit, Customer, and Sales Segment.
• Analyze pricing and contract data to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on contract performance, pricing trends, and operational metrics.

Education/Certification:

• BA/BS degree in business administration, information technology, marketing or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualification:

• Experience in contracts management, pricing analysis, or related roles, preferably in Lifecycle Services, ITAD, Supply Chain.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating proposals and pricing agreements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in contract management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
