Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Urdu Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Urdu literature and language, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to student development. The Urdu Teacher will be responsible for teaching Urdu to students from various grade levels, preparing lesson plans, and evaluating student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards.
• Teach Urdu language and literature to students of different grade levels.
• Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, exams, and other assessment tools.
• Provide individualized support and encouragement to students to help them improve their language skills.
• Maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urdu, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Proficiency in Urdu language and literature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Experience with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools is an advantage.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
