Overview:
Venus Aesthetics, a leading online ecommerce store for skincare products, is seeking an Ecommerce Order Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders efficiently, and maintaining excellent communication with customers regarding their orders.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review incoming customer orders through the ecommerce platform.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or discrepancies to relevant teams.
• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping updates, and product information.
• Collaborate with customer service team to address any order-related issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of order processing activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ecommerce order fulfillment or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
