The Director Administration shall be responsible for all matters connected with administration and maintenance of following:

a. Transport. b. Horticulture. c. Officers Mess, Tea Bars, Cafeterias, Canteen. d. Protocol Office. e. Telephone Exchange. f. Hostels and Accommodation. g. Printing Press. h. Buildings and Roads. i. Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning System (HVAC). j. Water, Electricity, Sui-Gas. k. Maintenance Support Workshop. l. Maintenance Store. m. Main Office, Central Registry Section. n. To process the cases of hiring of accommodation and payment of rent etc in respect of University officers, staff; o. TA/DA claim of officers and staff of University, Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

At least 16 years of education and 10 years of relevant experience are essential.
