Resource Management Intern

Job Description

Techolution is looking for a Resource Management Intern to support our global engineering, marketing, sales & product teams to match the right talent with the right project as we scale more diverse and inclusive resources across the globe. You will play a key role in managing and continuously improving resource management processes and functions with in-depth experience and expertise of personnel and project management skills to evolve resource management fountains.

Job Title: Resource Management Intern

Location: Onsite (Hyderabad)

Employment Type: 6 Months Internship followed by a PPO

Experience: Entry level

Shift Timings: 2pm - 11pm

Stipend: 15k per month

5 Working days: Monday - Friday

Fresh Graduates: 2023/ 2024 passouts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking and monitoring the availability of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to gather resource requirements and update allocation plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource utilization in our management system.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to understand project timelines, priorities, and resource needs.
• Contribute to identifying potential resource constraints and propose optimization solutions.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards for visibility into resource allocation and utilization.
• Analyze resource utilization trends, providing insights for process improvement.
• Learn and utilize resource management software/tools for efficient allocation and tracking.
• Communicate resource allocation changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PPT or similar spreadsheet software.
• Eagerness to learn about resource management principles and practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Prior experience with project management concepts or tools is a plus.
