Key Responsibilities: I am writing to propose the hiring of a Program Manager - Control Testing (VP) within Operational Risk Division.
By hiring a dedicated individual, we aim to strengthen our control environment and elevate our risk management practices to the next level.
This individual will collaborate closely with first-line governance leads/risk coordinators in the bank to drive the controls testing agenda across various departments and business units. Main responsibilities of this role will be but not limited to,


1- Control Testing Framework Development:
  • Develop and implement control testing frameworks and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.

  • Design control testing plans based on risk assessments, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk management, compliance, and audit teams, to identify control testing requirements and coordinate testing efforts.


    • 2- Control Testing Execution and Analysis:
  • Drive control testing activities to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.

  • Document control testing procedures, findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.

  • Analyze control testing results to identify control weaknesses, deficiencies, or areas for improvement.


    • 3- Support and Coordination:
  • Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation and evidence related to control testing.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of control testing efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
