Graphic Designer - Remote

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team with fully remote options. This role is fundamental for our brand design awareness , contributing to our mission of providing innovative marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for graphic design, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and business objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital marketing and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, videos, social media graphics, website assets, newsletters, presentations, event banners, and marketing collateral.
• Edit video footage to create compelling and engaging demo and app introduction videos, using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Produce high-quality presentations and visual aids for internal and external use, including sales presentations, pitch decks, and conference materials.
• Generate content which fit the ongoing paid media campaign objectives
• Develop design based on social media content calendar
• Design graphics for website and app pages based on design guide lines
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualise and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and videos.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our graphic assets.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in graphic design with a digital marketing agency
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro video editing tools etc
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Must be able to multitask with an awareness for timing and urgency
• Experience of UI/UX design
• Experience of video editing and creation of demo and app videos
• Must have a dynamic design portfolio
