Product Lead - Private Markets

What you’ll do:

• Distill the vision into product roadmap and product/feature specifications by requirement gathering and business analysis.
• Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to keep industry pulse and stay ahead of the competition. Also, work with other product managers for projects cutting across multiple business areas to provide comprehensive business solutions.
• Rigorously and continuously evaluate the progress of product/feature-in-flight by building test scenarios and iterating on it as we go along.
• Build end to end anonymized dataset with various baked in scenarios for testing out the analytical builds such as performance indicators, investor Lookthroughs.
• Partner with Forward Deployed team to conduct review of the sample data received from various client’ systems and identify the differences and meeting points to connect Arcesium data model with it and produce recommendation to enable a seamless user flow.
• Enable expansion of Arcesium data models to be ready to handle challenges in the private market segment.
• Assist in helping Pre-Sales develop their updated talk track and ideate on potential demo flows that Pre-sales can show post product release.
• Work closely with the engineers/architects to translate the product specification to design, and then to the product itself.
• Articulate business cases, estimate timelines and budgets and communicate with all stakeholders, prepare project plans, release notes, etc.

What you’ll need:

• Have good accounting knowledge along with basic knowledge of investment management firms focused on Private Capital (Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate segment).
• Understanding of Basic SQL
• Critical thinking and strong communication /articulation skills
• Healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess
• Outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment.
