Customer Interaction:

The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • 5 days in a week.
