Mars BPO is looking for energetic and motivated Customer Sales Representatives to join our Medicare campaign. providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets in a professional environment You will serve as a trusted resource, guiding clients through the complexities of Medicare plans and assisting them in finding the coverage that best fits their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Medicare sales.
• Explain Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options to clients.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable plan.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in call center, sales, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
• Positive, professional, and customer-first mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 PKR (based on experience & performance).
