We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Restaurant Manager to head our team at Timmy's. The perfect candidate will oversee all facets of restaurant operations, from staff management to customer service, fostering business development, and nurturing robust ties with clients.

Operational Management

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee stock levels to maintain minimum thresholds.

Staffing and Training Management:

• Recruit, train, and oversee restaurant staff.
• Cultivate a positive work environment and offer continuous coaching and development opportunities.

Customer Service:

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
• Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Introduce initiatives aimed at improving the overall dining experience.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain the utmost standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Perform routine inspections and audits to verify adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Execute corrective measures to rectify any identified issues or shortcomings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation Degree preferably in business administration, Hospitality Management or a relates field.
• Demonstrated expertise in restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
