Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Gulberg, Lahore. The Law Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the law firm, manage administrative functions, and ensure that legal services are delivered efficiently. Responsibilities include legal drafting, case brief preparations, Legal research, coordinating client communication, social media management, business development, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, managing resources, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm. The position requires close collaboration with legal professionals and clients to maintain high operational standards and deliver exceptional services.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of legal domains, including corporate law, tax law, public procurement, contracts, arbitration, and mediation
• Strong skills in HR management, strategic consultancy, and advisory services
• Ability to work in fast pace and agile working environment.
• Excellent organizational and legal management capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Flexibility to work long hours.
• LLB and practice licence is mandatory. LLM or MBA or M.Com shall be given preference as additional qualification.
• Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department, is desirable
