• Bachelor’s degree in human resources
• 3+ years of experience in human resources or recruitment
• Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
