What does "Expert Media" do?**

• Responsible for planning and executing all ATL media activities ensuring brand visibility and consistent communication across all channels
• Develop media plans aligned with brand objectives and support seamless campaign rollout by coordinating timelines, budgets, and asset requirements
• Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for media bookings, asset delivery and flawless campaign deployment
• Monitor monthly performance, including CPRP, reach, frequency, and impact metrics
• Manage ATL media budgets, ensure cost efficiencies, review vendor costings, and oversee PR/PO processes in coordination with finance and procurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as brand, digital, regions, and communication teams to ensure an integrated 360° campaign approach
• Maintain documentation, track campaign deliverables and ensure compliance with brand and internal governance processes.

• 5-6 years of experience in ATL media planning and coordination (brand-side or agency)
• Hands-on experience working with media agencies and managing large-scale campaigns
• Proficiency in media planning tools, audience measurement systems, CPRP & GRP/reach analysis
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Experience in budget management, cost negotiations, and handling PR/PO processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and coordination capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on governance, documentation, and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-driven mindset
