Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Implement strategies to acquire new customers, focusing on
LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to engage SMEs and startups.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through
cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Subscriber Conversion: Engage free-tier users to upgrade to paid plans through
value-driven communication.
Client Onboarding: Support new customers through the onboarding process,
ensuring they realize the full value of the platform.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, driving renewals
and upsell opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on key sales metrics, optimizing strategies to
meet growth targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales
strategies and ensure alignment with product features.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven Sales Experience: Success in selling SaaS or digital platforms, particularly
to SMEs or startups.
