Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for aQuality Engineerlocated in Wazirabad. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspections, monitoring processes and implementing quality control procedures. The role includes coordinating with production teams to maintain standards, supporting audits, managing documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports and audit records
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
• Conduct product and process inspections to ensure compliance with defined quality standards
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout production
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Inspection
• Experience with quality tools, standards and procedures
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of auditing processes and documentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a quality department (Automotive industry preferred)
• Qualification: BS Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Industrial)
