Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager/Sales Operations professional with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will manage CRM systems and sales operations processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across our global sales organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and optimize CRM systems for sales teams worldwide.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales performance tracking.
- Streamline sales processes and support automation initiatives.
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve productivity and forecasting accuracy.
- 5+ years in CRM management or sales operations within SaaS/FinTech/RegTech.
- Hands-on Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) expertise.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC/IDV compliance frameworks.
- Ability to support global sales teams with efficiency and rigor.
