Job Title: Call Center Agent – Restaurant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Call Center Agent to join our restaurant call center team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, taking food orders, assisting customers, and providing accurate information about our menu and services.

Responsibilities:

Receive and handle customer calls professionally

Take food orders accurately and enter them into the system

Provide complete information about menu items, deals, and promotions

Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues or forward them to the supervisor

Confirm delivery details such as address, contact number, and payment method

Coordinate with kitchen and delivery team for smooth order processing

Requirements:

Basic English communication skills (Urdu/preferred)

Good communication and listening skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls

Basic computer knowledge

Prior call center or restaurant experience is a plus

Working Hours: 7AM TO 4PM
