We are looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team as Market Research Analysts. You will assist in identifying and engaging professionals for client projects. Payment Structure* Base: $100 per month after 1" valid submission.

* First submission bonus: $5 one time, paid on your first valid submission

* Extra commission: $50 per credit. A credit is earned when a client books the expert and completes a 60-minute call

* Tracking: All activity must be tracked in Top Tracker. You are paid according to Top Tracker

Company Operational Hours

* Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM UK time (includes a 2-hour break within the day)

Working Hours

* 9 working hours per day, Monday to Saturday, scheduled within the operational hours

Submission and Termination

* Base compensation begins after your first valid submission. No base compensation accrues before the first valid submission.

* After your first valid submission, base compensation starts. From that point on, any week (Monday through Saturday) with no valid submissions will auto terminate the agreement without notice needed.

You will still be paid for Top Tracker hours and any earned credits up to the termination time

Pro-rata base if hours are short

* $100 Monthly Base. Eligibility begins on the date of your first valid submission. To receive the full $100, you must complete at least 90% of expected hours in that month. If you

complete less than 90%, the base is paid pro rata based on the percentage of expected hours completed.

* Adjusted base = $100 x (approved hours ÷ expected hours for the month)

* Expected hours = 9 x scheduled working days in the month

Examples

* You complete all expected hours and earn 10 credits. Pay = $100 base + (10 × $50) = $600.

Add $5 only if this is your first month with your first submission

* Short hours, Month has 26 working days → expected hours = 26 × 9 = 234. You log 210 approved hours. Adjusted base = $100 × 210 ÷ 234 = $89.74. You earn 4 credits = $200. First
