We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with a strong and successful technical lead experience of more than 08 years to join our dynamic and growing team.

1. Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship.
2. Lead and oversee all technical analysis, specifications and estimation to make sure they are complete and accurate - leading to top quality written specifications, strategy and implementation.
3. Facilitate in the smooth delivery of the product enhancements and support delivered by the team.
4. Help plan future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared, in-order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.
5. Take control over critical support instances and putting into place the correct escalation and process to manage and resolve issue as soon as possible.
6. Stay aware of latest data protection and security threats and to make sure we mitigate against these risks against known industry standards.
7. Proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies, by identifying and implementing technology trends that will be able to support the future success of the product.
8. Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities.
9. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices, systems and policies.
10. Facilitate in technology and decision making throughout the team, including standardisation of system architecture, reusable code base development, versions of software tools, best practice, source control and deployment processes.
11. Plan for team growth considering the blend/level of skills required within the team, with a focus on excellence across the engineering organization.
